You Can’t Trust a Résumé!

The résumé is a candidate’s most powerful marketing tool. He or she creates it to “sell” himself or herself to you.

It accentuates the positive, most desirable aspects of the candidate’s background and skills, and avoids mentioning anything that could be seen as a negative.

These days, résumés can be prepared with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI.) The result is a very impressive, but not necessarily accurate, picture of the person.

Because résumés are subjective, their important points should be verified whenever possible.
